 🔸Say: Now, we want people to split based on the projects they did in this last Jam, and we want them to do a retrospective with everyone that joined them on the Jam. Anyone who worked on a project together with another person, the team leader should go and create a channel, and their team members should follow them into that channel so that they can do a retrospective and follow this checklist.
