The Accelerated Legion Process

As an Accelerated Legion, you need to:

1. Decide if your Legion will work on one game together or multiple games.
2. Create your own checklist instead of the standard first-week checklist. 
   1.  You will submit this checklist next time to be reapproved as an Accelerated Legion.

Creating Your Checklist

1) Selecting Genres

• Use our mentorship on "picking a genre players care about" to pick viable genres.
• Decide on how many games you will actually create together, whether one or many.

2) Prototyping Games

• Have each team within your Legion create a one-week game prototype that meets the needs of the genre. 

3) Developing Games

• Playtest to narrow down to a few viable prototypes.
• Assign one or more team to each prototype that seems viable. 

Copy and paste our Legion checklist and integrate these changes as you wish into that checklist or write your own. It's best to have a strong deadline of one week for the initial prototypes. Have them focus on gameplay and decide based on what's fun.
