Lessons learned

1. Don't send people off without leaders
2. Help teams get more people earlier 
3. Finish the part of day 2 where people split and work on the pitch. 
4. Make a deputy leader for each team asap
5. Have people leave teams and switch to active teams 
6. Team roles or 
7. More specific judging criteria. 
8. Teams which win need lots of self-set deadlines.
