100 System Rules
The goal with this 100 rule list is to see if we can't list out every single facet of the Ignite Jam's rules so that we can adjust individual rules to change the incentive balance.
- Everyone must buy a join pass related to the team's rank to join a team
- Teams which send someone to help onboard new people get those people to join their team for free
- FLAW: We have too many people and too few teams, so we end up needing to place everyone on teams for free even if they don't help.
- Teams which send someone to help onboard new people get those people to join their team for free
- Everyone must fill out the submission form to submit
- Teams or Divisions or Legions must buy the submission form for their group to submit
- Teams should attend daily meetings (time zone-wide)
- Teams can earn Helpfulness by
- Helping onboard new people
- Being active in voice
- Posting on social media
- Leaving a review
- Inviting friends
- Offering mentorship
- Winning playtest days
- Teams have a max of 12 members
- Individuals must fill out individual registration before joining a team
- Teams must get approval for their game idea from a legion or the team at large
- FLAW: Teams that come late have no way of doing this.
- New teams (T1,2,3,4) get a bonus of 6000 on registration.
- FLAW: T2-4 are suppose to get more but there is no functional automation for this.
- Teams, Divisions and Legions are democratic
- FLAW: If you change team leaders your team changes rank based on the new leader's election allowing teams to rank down rather than up each cycle.
- Teams of 3 stay together for the next round.
