Decentralized Collective

Ignite operates as a decentralized collective whose members empower each other to accomplish things they could never accomplish alone. The collective is choosy about those whom it accepts and those whom it keeps, but its excellence shines when it comes to empowering people specifically to enter the gaming industry or to make their own independent game studio.

Open Source Incubator

Every month, a new Ignite cycle begins. Each Ignite cycle is an iterative development sprint system in which subdivisions of Ignite start on or continue month-long developments of their own imagination that are further refined and completed over future Ignite cycles.

Although cycles are fundamentally collaborative, Ignite places members on projects that are believed to have the biggest positive effect on both that member. 

Supporting Non-Profit Projects

Ignite also offers a platform for nonprofit or charitable ventures to connect with volunteers.
