Recruiting Manpower in [P1]

• If you have a project in mind and you'd like other people to work on your idea, here's what you need to know about recruiting manpower in [P1].

  1. Open Source: You should only join us if you're willing to make your project open source under Apache 2.0. For other licenses you will need to contact us.
  2. Project Professionalism: When a project joins our program, all related communication must stay within our Discord and follow our strict communication professionalism rules until the team chooses to graduate/leave. Teams can leave any time. This means all people working on the project must keep all their communications within our Discord.
  3. Ranks: Users with the best capabilities have Insignia to signify their capabilities.
     1. T4-5 is the rank at which you'll find the highest level of professionals.
