Integration Checklist
Introduction
Every new member goes through an onboarding process in which they get to know about who we are and our values, and then get placed on a team that fits their goals. Your job is to help them fulfill their goals with your team by first clearly explaining how they can fulfill their personal goals together with your team.

Check the #seeking team channel where the person has listed their skills and needs. Understand their background and how joining your team could meet their needs.

πΈ Action: Explain to them that it takes a lot of the Helpfulness currency for teams to take on new members. And that they should strive to pay back the team, and the best way to do that is to be active in voice chat, to come to the daily meeting, and do /work during the daily meeting.
πΈ Action: Ask them to set an alarm at the proper time and wait for them to do so.

During that meeting ask the interviewee:
- What is your one biggest core value?
- How do you express that core value in what you do?
- What's one time you have betrayed that value?
During that time ask the team:
- Do you accept X as a member of your team? If so say YES or NO in chat now.
Tell the team: New team members deserve respect and help from the team please be careful to be accepting and helpful to our newest member.
