🟦🟦🟦 Appoint a  Meeting Leader

🔹 Someone must be in charge of keeping things flowing at a reasonable pace. If you are willing to help, speak up in voice chat. If no one is speaking, its your time to take initiative and break the silence. 

🔹 Elect someone to be a facilitator. 

• Nominate candidates by @tagging them
• Or step up by @tagging yourself
• Congratulate those who step up 👏
• Use 👍emoji for the person you want to lead
• Don't elect the same person twice in a row. 

🔸🟧 = Elected leader's responsibility.

🔸 Have everyone share for 2 min about. Make sure no one mentions who they voted for. 

Why they believe the jam helped them fulfill their personal goals
Why they believe joining this next jam would be good for them.

🔸 Have everyone paste in chat the cause they chose if they chose a new one for your team. 

🔹 The team can open this game impact document for reference. 

🔸 Discuss the causes you care about and why you care about them. 2-3 min per person. 

🔸Make a poll asking people if they want to choose a new cause or stick with the current cause. 

🔸🔄 If you chose a new cause:

• Vote for a cause by having everyone paste theirs in chat and voting on them using 👍. 

🔸 Agree on a cause together. 

🟧🟧🟧 Discuss Leadership 

🔸 Have everyone paste in chat who they voted for and why (go back to jotform). Give a 3-10 second countdown and have everyone do this in chat at the same time. 

🔸 Ask the person they voted for if they are willing to accept their nomination. 

🔸 Ask the person to do the elected-leader command "!elected-lead" in Discord on FRIDAY!
