Volunteer Projects: Volunteer projects are crucial for making the world a better place. However, without funding, maintaining a dedicated team for impactful projects can be challenging.
Connection and Collaboration: [P1] mainly aids in connecting projects with others who are interested in building the project, ensuring a continuous flow of new people to collaborate with.
Why We Need a Constant Flow of Volunteers
Needs Come First
Life Happens: The reality is when people work on a project for free for an extended period, some may burn out, or physical-life changes might force them to quit volunteering.
The Problem: Losing core programmers mid-project can cause a project to stall. Artists might get discouraged waiting for their art to be implemented while you look for new programmers.
How [P1] Helps: We help provide the community connections needed to replace those who might need to leave with similar motivated individuals who want to make an impact.
