Dealing with Inactivity

• Inactive Members: If someone on your team has been inactive for a significant period, your course of action is twofold:

  • Have them upload their assets to the asset Discord.
  • Then, remove them from the team. Do not list them as on the team when the game is submitted.

• Unreachable Members: In cases where a member is so inactive that you cannot get in touch to have them upload their assets, you need to remove their assets from your game.

• Generally speaking, teams should stick with their original leader; however, if 6 out of 10 active teammates vote to change leaders, they can. Use /poll in your Discord private thread and keep the post live.

Who do I need to offboard?
Anyone who contributed anything tangible. People who leave before contributing don't need to be offboarded but should not be claimed in the final submission process.
